Real Estate SEO Pricing
Our monthly retainers start at $150 for an independent agent. Above that, the price depends on three things: how competitive your market is, how many locations you want to rank in, and how much work your site needs. You get the exact number after a free audit, before you pay anything.

What Moves the Price
Two agents can ask for the same thing and get different quotes. These three things explain nearly all of the difference.
How competitive your market is
Ranking an agent in a suburb of 40,000 people is a smaller job than ranking one in Los Angeles or New York. More agents are chasing the same searches there, and they've been at it longer.
How many locations you want
Every town or neighborhood you want to show up in needs its own page, its own content, and usually its own links. One farm area costs less than twelve.
How much work the site needs
A fast site with good pages needs less from us than a slow template with forty thin ones. The audit tells us which one you have.

First report

You have one account manager from the first day. After month one you get a report every month and a strategy review every quarter.
SEO Against Paying Per Lead
A portal lead costs about the same in month 24 as it did in month 1. Often more. You pay for each one, and when you stop paying, they stop.
SEO works the other way round. The monthly fee stays flat, but the pages we build keep ranking, so the leads tend to grow and the cost of each one comes down.
The catch is the start. Expect results to build over three to six months, and longer for the main terms in a competitive metro. If you need the phone to ring next week, ads will do that faster. Running both for the first few months is a reasonable plan.
You can see how this played out for other clients on our results page.

How to Read Any SEO Quote
You'll probably collect a few quotes before you choose. Here is what the common ones tend to mean, ours included.
Real Estate SEO Cost: Your Questions
If yours isn't here, ask us directly. You can also read who we are and why we only work in real estate.
How much does real estate SEO cost?
Our retainers start at $150 a month for an independent agent. Brokerages, developers, and anyone targeting several cities pay more, because there are more pages to build and more competitors to get past. You'll have a written quote after the free audit.
Why don't you publish fixed packages for brokerages?
Because two brokerages the same size can need very different amounts of work. One has a fast site and fifty good pages. The other has an IDX template and not much else. A fixed package would overcharge the first or shortchange the second.
What are the payment terms?
They're flexible. We agree the terms with you before any work starts, so you know what you're paying and when.
Do you guarantee rankings for the price?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. What we commit to is the work. If you aren't seeing progress within 90 days, we'll tell you why and change the plan.
What does the free audit cover?
Your site, your domain's authority, your existing content, technical problems, and what your competitors are doing well. It comes back within 6 to 12 hours with an honest view of what it would take to rank. Start it on the free SEO audit page.
Can I buy one service without the full retainer?
Link building can be scoped by itself. For anything else, such as local SEO or content alone, ask during the audit and we'll tell you whether it makes sense without the rest.
Is SEO cheaper than Zillow leads or Google Ads?
Not in the first few months. You pay the retainer while rankings build, and ads or portal leads will bring calls sooner. Over a year or two it usually works out cheaper for each lead, because the pages keep working without a charge for every click.
