To deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to your website, hosting, and analytics accounts as needed.
• Supply accurate business information, including licensing and service area details.
• Review and approve content and recommendations within a reasonable timeframe.
• Comply with applicable real estate advertising laws and MLS regulations in your jurisdiction.

Fees for our services are outlined in your service agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt and services operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in contract. Late payments may result in a pause of active work until the account is brought current.

Content, strategies, and materials we create for you become your property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our proprietary processes, tools, and internal methodologies remain our property and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.

SEO is inherently dependent on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and market conditions.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of any outstanding fees for work completed. We will provide reasonable handoff assistance for active projects where feasible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Real Estate SEO Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including lost profits or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google Search Console, analytics tools, MLS systems, and AI search engines. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or performance issues on platforms we do not control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Real Estate SEO Experts is registered to do business, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
